Nutzungsvereinbarung / Terms of Use

Für die von McHenryArts aufgenommenen Photos gilt ein Nutzungsrecht im Stile einer TFP ( time for pictures) Vereinbarung zwischen McHenryArts als Photograph und dem Hauptmotiv (Cosplayer, Modell etc.) des Bildes. Bei Photos für die ein abweichendes Nutzungsrecht gilt ist dies explizit angegeben.

Hieraus ergeben sich im Detail folgende Nutzungsbedingungen:

Personen, welche das Hauptmotiv eines Bildes sind können dieses Bild frei für ihre persönlichen Zwecke nutzen. Beispiel: Soziale Medien (Facebook); Sedcards (analog und digital); eigene Webpage; etc.
Die einzige Bedingung für diese Nutzung ist eine Verlinkung/Verweis auf McHenryArts und die entsprechende Facebook- oder Flickr-Page. Auch eine kommerzielle Nutzung der Bilder ist gestattet, unter Einhaltung der oben genannten Voraussetzungen.
Auf Wunsch ist eine Zusendung der Bilder in höherer Auflösung und ohne Logo/Watermark möglich

Im Gegenzug kann/darf McHenryArts die Bilder auf seinen Web-Seiten (Flickr, Facebook, Instagram, etc. ) veröffentlichen. Ebenso wie eine mögliche Nutzung in Form von Prints (Photobücher, Kalender, Postkarten, etc.), ggf. auch kommerziell.
Eine Nennung/Verlinkung des Modells ist auf Wunsch möglich.

Sollte das Motiv/Modell mit der Veröffentlichung oder der hier beschriebenen Nutzung seiner Bilder nicht einverstanden sein, so sendet mir bitte eine kurze Nachricht (PN oder Mail ) und ich werde das Bild umgehend von meinen Webseiten entfernen bzw. es nicht mehr weiter nutzen.

Eine Nutzung durch Dritte ohne schriftliche Genehmigung von McHenryArts ist nicht zulässig.

Usage agreement / Terms of Use:

For the pictures shot by McHenryArts the rights of use apply like a TFP (time for pictures) agreement between McHenryArts as photographer and the main motif (cosplayer, model etc.) of the image. For photos that have a different right of use, this is explicitly specified.

This results in the following detailed terms of use:

Persons who are the main motif of a picture can use this picture freely for their personal purposes. Example: Social media (facebook); sedcards (analog and digital); personal webpage; etc.
The only condition for this use is a link/reference to McHenryArts and the respective Facebook or Flickr page. A commercial use of the images is also authorised, under observance of the above mentioned conditions.
On request, it is also possible to receive the pictures in higher resolution and without logo/Watermark.

In exchange, McHenryArts may publish the pictures on his own web pages (Flickr, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). As well as a possible use in form of prints (photobooks, calendars, postcards, etc.), as well as a commercial use.
A naming/linking of the model is also possible on request.

In case the motif/model don’t agree with the publication or the use of his pictures as described above, please send me a short message (PN or mail) and I will immediately remove the picture from my web pages and will not use it anymore.

Any use by third parties without a written permission given by McHenryArts is prohibited.
